  • March 7: Christians and War: Commitment and Conviction. For 2,000 years, followers of Jesus Christ have wrestled with what it means to love one another in situations of profound threat and imminent violence. What are Christian, faithful, responses to war? How can we honor those who pursue peace along paths different from our own? How can we live out our called response to violence in the world with integrity, humility, and love? We will call upon historians, theologians, and experienced servants of Christ to share their perspectives with us, and we will practice listening to one another in order to grow in faith and in love. Diane Lobody presents.
  • March 14: Spirituality. Reverend Graham Standish is coming to town for Presbytery’s Spring Fest. Covenant is blessed to have Rev. Standish here to preach and teach the following day. To prepare for his visit, we have copies of his books for purchase or to borrow. Copies are in the library and on the book table outside the Lounge. Start reading now, and stay tuned for more information.
  • March 21, 28: A Time to Reflect Together: Christianity & War. Reflect and discuss Dr. Diane Lobody’s series. Listen and explore what was learned and how we feel about complex and difficult questions we all face today.
  • April 4: Easter Sunday; No Forum
