PiYo in the Lounge

A combination of Pilates, basic yoga, and contemplative body practice taught by Sandy Tullett. Bring a towel and/or a yoga mat. Wear comfortable clothing. Standing and floor work, but not a lot of up and down. Emphasis on flexibility, strength, relaxation. Bring a friend!
