Upper Arlington Assessment on Aging
Since consolidating various older adult programs under the City's service umbrella at the beginning of 2026, the team has been working to enhance existing programming, explore new service options, centralize and expand volunteer opportunities, and simplify the aging experience for older adults, their families and caregivers. An important step in building a robust program is to fully understand the needs and concerns affecting the community's older adults.
Throughout the month of May, our community's older adults, their caregivers and family members are invited to complete a survey designed to gather additional information on the issues facing older adults as they age in our community.
Complete the survey by scanning the QR Code, visiting https://www.surveymonkey.com/r/aginginua, calling 614-583-5326 or sending an e-mail to olderadults@uaoh.net.

CENTERING PRAYER
The first 15 minutes will be an informal gathering, with the practice beginning at 8:45 for 20 minutes.
Centering prayer is a method of meditation that places a strong emphasis on interior silence. We allow ourselves to be totally open to God, learning how to gently release attention away from our inner thoughts.
